Though not crumpled, the advertisements are destroyed through rips and tears. Using the images from the Kate Spade 2008 Ad Campaign where 16 year old models posed as mothers cheering for their fake children competing in a soap box derby. The cars were painted in the colors featured in the spring line while the models donned the latest Kate Spade apparel and clutched onto the newest handbags and accessories. The triangular shapes of the ads were arranged to mimic the plastic flags that would be hung at such an event.
